The invention provides a fused wing surface of a wing body, a manufacturing method of the fused wing surface and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the wing surface is used for being connected with a fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle, a molded surface notch block and a pin hole are reserved on the fuselage, the wing surface comprises a wing surface section and a lap fusion section, the lap fusion section is arranged at one end, close to the fuselage, of the wing surface section, and the lap fusion section and the wing surface section are co-cured and formed; the shape and size of the lap joint fusion section are the same as those of the profile missing block, a limiting pin is pre-embedded in the portion, close to the fuselage, of the airfoil section, the airfoil section is connected with the fuselage through transition fit of the limiting pin and a pin hole, and the lap joint fusion section is connected with the fuselage in the mode of filling the profile missing block so that the complete profile of the fuselage can be recovered. By means of the technical scheme, the technical problems that in the prior art, an airfoil and fuselage connecting structure is complex, the installation reserved space is large, the number of parts is large, and consequently the production period is long, and disassembly and assembly are inconvenient are solved.

    本发明提供了一种翼身融合翼面、翼身融合翼面制造方法及无人机,该翼面用于与无人机的机身连接,机身上预留型面缺块和销孔,翼面包括翼面段和搭接融合段,搭接融合段设置在翼面段靠近机身的一端且与翼面段共固化成型,搭接融合段的形状尺寸与型面缺块的形状尺寸相同,翼面段靠近机身的部位预埋限位销,翼面段通过限位销和销孔的过渡配合与机身进行连接,搭接融合段以填补型面缺块的方式与机身连接以使机身恢复完整型面。应用本发明的技术方案,以解决现有技术中翼面与机身连接结构复杂、安装预留空间大、零部件多导致生产周期长以及拆装不便的技术问题。
