The invention discloses a double-end synchronous wedging type brake mechanism which comprises a device body, the device body comprises a wheel, a steering wheel, a left wedging type brake assembly, a right wedging type brake assembly and friction discs, the wheel is of a cylindrical structure and located in the steering wheel, and the friction discs are symmetrically installed at the left end and the right end of the wheel; the left wedge-type brake assembly and the right wedge-type brake assembly are both installed at the front end of the top of the steering wheel and distributed in a mirror image mode, the left wedge-type brake assembly is connected with the left end of the wheel through a brake end, and the right wedge-type brake assembly is connected with the right end of the wheel through a brake end. According to the device, limited and idle space around the wheels is ingeniously and fully utilized, the braking function of wedged structures on the two sides of the wheels is achieved through the electric control transmission mechanism, and complex master pumps, slave pumps, pipeline systems and tedious maintenance work of a traditional hydraulic braking mechanism are eliminated.

    本发明公开了双端同步楔入式制动机构,包括装置本体,装置本体包括轮子、转向盘、左楔入式制动总成、右楔入式制动总成和摩擦盘,轮子呈圆柱状结构,轮子位于转向盘内,摩擦盘设有一组且呈对称方式安装在轮子左右两端,左楔入式制动总成和右楔入式制动总成均安装在转向盘顶部前端,左楔入式制动总成与右楔入式制动总成呈镜像方式分布,左楔入式制动总成通过制动端与轮子左端相连接,右楔入式制动总成通过制动端与轮子右端相连接。该种装置巧妙地、充分地利用了轮子周围有限的、闲置的空间,通过电控传动机构实现了轮子两侧楔入式结构的制动功能,摆脱了传统液压制动机构复杂的总泵、分泵、管路系统及其繁琐的维护工作。
