The invention discloses a power and energy storage battery fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy entropy, and belongs to the technical field of new energy automobiles, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting a voltage signal of each single battery in a battery stack through a voltage sensor on a vehicle-mounted T-box, and uploading the voltage signal to a data center in real time; s2, the data center preprocesses the uploaded data, segments the data, and performs data segmentation and storage on the voltage signal once per hour according to sampling time to obtain preprocessed data; s3, calculating the fuzzy entropy of the battery; s4, calculating an abnormal coefficient of the single battery by using the Z score; s5, selecting a proper time window and a proper calculation window, and calculating the abnormal degree of the battery by using the abnormal coefficient of the single battery to obtain a fault diagnosis result; s6, a fault diagnosis result is fed back to a driver; according to the method, the entropy value is used for diagnosing the battery system, a large amount of data is not needed for fitting and model optimization, and the method has real-time performance and practicability.

    本发明公开了一种基于模糊熵的动力与储能电池故障诊断方法,属于新能源汽车技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:通过车载T‑box上的电压传感器采集电池电堆中每个电池单体的电压信号,实时上传至数据中心;S2:数据中心对上传的数据进行预处理,将数据进行分割,按照采样时间,按每小时一次对电压信号进行数据分割及保存,得到预处理后的数据;S3:计算电池的模糊熵;S4:使用Z分数计算电池单体异常系数;S5:选择合适的时间窗口与计算窗口,使用电池单体异常系数计算电池异常程度,得到故障诊断结果;S6:故障诊断结果反馈给驾驶员;本发明采用上述方法,使用熵值对电池系统进行诊断,不需要大量的数据进行拟合和模型优化,具有实时性和实用性。
