The invention discloses a triphibian unmanned mobile platform and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of multiphibian robotics.The triphibian unmanned mobile platform comprises a hull, foldable rotors and retractable aircraft wheels, a supporting frame is arranged in the length direction of the hull, the foldable rotors are arranged in the length direction of the supporting frame, and the retractable aircraft wheels are arranged on the foldable rotors; the at least four retractable aircraft wheels are arranged on the two sides of the ship body; each foldable rotor wing comprises a lead screw mechanism and a guide rail mechanism, the two sides of each guide rail mechanism are rotationally connected with at least four rotor wing arms, and the guide rail mechanisms drive the rotor wing arms to be folded or stretched relative to the ship body through rotating mechanisms. Compared with a traditional multi-habitat moving platform, the platform has the good moving capacity on the water surface, the land, the air, even the snowfield and the marshland, and through the arrangement of the foldable rotors, the retractable aircraft wheels and the tail propellers, the platform has the reliable strength and can complete the stable and rapid mode conversion capacity in the operation process.
