The invention discloses a regional traffic order evaluation method and system based on equipment acquisition events, and relates to the field of intelligent road parking management, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the daily average traffic accident number and the traffic violation number of moving targets in a monitoring region based on traffic road event information acquired by equipment acquisition; and based on the daily average traffic accident number and the moving target traffic violation number, traffic accident scoring and traffic violation scoring of the monitoring area are carried out in multiple dimensions, and finally, the traffic order of the monitoring area is evaluated and managed according to the traffic accident score and the traffic violation score of the monitoring area. The objectivity of data collected by the equipment is high, the field workload of evaluation personnel can be reduced to a great extent, the accuracy of traffic order evaluation can be improved, meanwhile, traffic accidents and traffic violation are considered, different illegal subjects are distinguished for calculation, and the influence factors of the traffic order can be evaluated more comprehensively.

    本发明公开一种基于设备采集事件的区域交通秩序评价方法及系统,涉及智能道路停车管理领域,包括:基于设备采集获取的交通道路事件信息获取监控区域日均交通事故数量和运动目标交通违法数量,并基于日均交通事故数量和运动目标交通违法数量多维度进行监控区域的交通事故评分和交通违法评分,最后根据所述监控区域的交通事故评分和交通违法评分对所述监控区域的交通秩序进行评价与管理,由于通过设备采集的数据客观性较高并能够很大程度减少评估人员的外业工作量,从而可以提升交通秩序评价的准确性,同时本发明兼顾交通事故与交通违法,并区分了不同的违法主体进行计算,能够更全面的评估交通秩序的影响要素。
