The invention discloses a rubber composition for a low-petroleum-base inner liner, inner liner rubber and a preparation method, and relates to the technical field of tire rubber material preparation. The rubber material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of halogenated butyl rubber, 0 to 20 parts of natural rubber, 50 to 60 parts of white carbon black, 2.0 to 3.0 parts of silane coupling agent, 5.0 to 20 parts of kaolin, 0 to 10 parts of modified glass bead loaded gas barrier agent, 1.0 to 2.0 parts of stearic acid, 0 to 0.5 part of magnesium oxide, 8 parts of naphthenic oil, 7.0 to 20 parts of plasticizing resin, 0.3 to 0.7 part of sulfur, 3.4 to 5.6 parts of zinc oxide, 0.3 to 0.7 part of accelerant DPG and 0.8 to 1.6 parts of accelerant DM. The rubber composition for the low-petroleum-base inner liner overcomes the pure fossil property of the existing tire inner liner material source, the rubber composition for the low-petroleum-base inner liner is designed, and by reducing the proportion of synthetic rubber in a raw rubber system and adopting non-petroleum-base-source materials such as the silicon filler, the kaolin and the modified glass bead loaded gas barrier agent, the rubber composition for the low-petroleum-base inner liner is obtained. On the premise of not influencing other properties, the air tightness of a traditional synthetic rubber/carbon black fossil material system can be reached or exceeded.

    本发明公开了一种低石油基气密层用橡胶组合物、气密层橡胶和制备方法,涉及轮胎胶料制备技术领域。本发明按重量份数计,包括:卤化丁基橡胶80‑100份,天然橡胶0‑20份,白炭黑50‑60份,硅烷偶联剂2.0‑3.0份,高岭土5.0‑20份,改性玻璃微珠负载气体阻隔剂0‑10份,硬脂酸1.0‑2.0份,氧化镁0‑0.5份,环烷油8份,增塑性树脂7.0‑20份,硫磺0.3‑0.7份,氧化锌3.4‑5.6份,促进剂DPG 0.3‑0.7份和促进剂DM 0.8‑1.6份。本发明克服了目前轮胎气密层材料来源的纯化石属性,设计了一种低石油基气密层用橡胶组合物,通过降低生胶体系中合成胶的比例,采用硅系填料、高岭土、改性玻璃微珠负载气体阻隔剂等非石油基来源的材料,在不影响其它性能的前提下可达到或超过传统合成胶/炭黑等化石材料体系的气密性。
