The offshore horizontal single-blade lifting appliance comprises a main cross beam, an angle adjusting mechanism, a blade root clamping mechanism and a blade tip clamping mechanism, the angle adjusting mechanism is arranged in the middle of the top face of the horizontal main cross beam, and the angle adjusting mechanism can adjust the position of a lifting point relative to the main cross beam; first pin shaft sleeves and second pin shaft sleeves are arranged at the two ends of the main cross beam correspondingly, and the multiple first pin shaft sleeves and the multiple second pin shaft sleeves are arranged at equal intervals in the axial direction of the main cross beam. A first pin shaft seat and a second pin shaft seat are arranged at the top of the blade root clamping mechanism; the first pin shaft seat and the second pin shaft seat are in pin shaft connection with a first pin shaft sleeve and a second pin shaft sleeve at one end; the mounting structure of the blade tip clamping mechanism is consistent with that of the blade root clamping mechanism; the blade root clamping mechanism and the blade tip clamping mechanism can clamp the blade. The invention further discloses a working method of the lifting appliance. Blades of different models can be rapidly clamped, and the posture of the blades can be adjusted in a multi-angle mode to meet the installation requirement.

    本发明公开了一种海上水平单叶片吊具,包括主横梁、角度调整机构、叶根夹持机构和叶尖夹持机构,角度调整机构居中设置在水平的主横梁顶面上,角度调整机构能够调整起吊点相对主横梁的位置;主横梁的两端分别设置有第一销轴套筒和第二销轴套筒,多个第一销轴套筒和第二销轴套筒沿着主横梁轴向等间距间隔设置;叶根夹持机构顶部设置有第一销轴座和第二销轴座,第一销轴座和第二销轴座销轴连接一端的第一销轴套筒和第二销轴套筒;叶尖夹持机构安装结构与叶根夹持机构一致;叶根夹持机构和叶尖夹持机构能够夹持住叶片。本发明还公开了该吊具工作方法。本发明能够快速夹持不同型号的叶片,并对叶片姿态进行多角度调整以满足安装需求。
