The invention discloses a material transfer unmanned vehicle system and a using method thereof.The material transfer unmanned vehicle system comprises a transfer unmanned vehicle and a remote monitoring platform, the transfer unmanned vehicle comprises an unmanned vehicle chassis, an ultrasonic radar is arranged on the side face of the unmanned vehicle chassis, laser radars are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the unmanned vehicle chassis, and a camera is arranged at the front end of the unmanned vehicle chassis; a vehicle-mounted controller and an integrated navigator are further arranged on the unmanned vehicle chassis, a positioning antenna and a directional antenna are arranged at the upper end of the transfer unmanned vehicle, a first communication device is arranged on the directional antenna, the remote monitoring platform comprises a remote monitoring controller, the remote monitoring controller is connected with a second communication device, and the second communication device is in wireless communication with the first communication device. Wherein the integrated navigator, the laser radar, the camera, the ultrasonic radar and the first communication equipment are respectively connected with the vehicle-mounted controller. The method has the advantages that the scene adaptability, the transfer efficiency and the reliability and safety of the transfer process of unmanned material transfer are improved, and meanwhile the system deployment time and the later use and maintenance cost are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种物料转运无人车系统及其使用方法,包括转运无人车和远程监控平台,转运无人车包括无人车底盘,无人车底盘侧面设有超声波雷达,无人车底盘前后端设有激光雷达,无人车底盘前端设有摄像头,无人车底盘上还设有车载控制器和组合导航,转运无人车上端设有定位天线和定向天线,定向天线上设有第一通讯设备,远程监控平台包括远程监控控制器,远程监控控制器与第二通讯设备相连,第二通讯设备与第一通讯设备无线通讯,其中所述组合导航、激光雷达、摄像头、超声波雷达和第一通讯设备分别与车载控制器相连。具有提高物料无人化转运的场景适应性、转运效率、转运过程的可靠性和安全性,同时降低系统部署时间和后期使用维护成本的优点。
