The method comprises the steps that when an automobile is in a charging mode and in a stopped state, the energy source type of automobile charging is recognized; acquiring real-time energy consumption information fed back by a low-pressure system and a thermal management system on the automobile; based on the real-time energy consumption information and the energy source type, the current charging scene of the automobile is determined, the charging scene comprises a preheating scene before alternating current charging, an alternating current charging scene, a preheating scene before direct current charging and a direct current charging scene, and at least one energy management strategy is preset in each charging scene; and managing and controlling the energy consumption of the low-voltage system and the thermal management system based on the energy management strategy corresponding to the current charging scene of the automobile. The method is used for automobile charging energy management, it is guaranteed that the battery electric quantity is not reduced when the automobile is charged at low electric quantity, and the confusion and electric quantity anxiety that the electricity is charged more and less are avoided for a user.
