The invention provides a substrate device for 3D printing of extraterrestrial star soil and a simulant thereof. The substrate device comprises a sintered block of the extraterrestrial star soil or the simulant thereof, a metal frame structure and a fixing mechanism. The metal frame structure is provided with at least one through cavity, and the sintered block of the extraterrestrial star soil or the simulant of the extraterrestrial star soil is embedded in the through cavity of the metal frame structure; and the fixing mechanism is arranged on the metal frame structure and is used for fixing the relative position of the sintered block of the extraterrestrial star soil or the simulant of the extraterrestrial star soil and the metal frame structure. The invention further provides an assembling method of the base plate device for 3D printing of the besides-earth star soil and the simulants of the besides-earth star soil. The in-situ sintered agglomerates of extraterrestrial star soil and simulants of the extraterrestrial star soil are used as base plate materials for 3D printing, and are combined with the metal frame structure which is easy to process and can be repeatedly used to form the base plate device, so that the purposes of quickly replacing the base plate and reducing the cost in the 3D printing process are achieved, and the base plate device can be used for building an extraterrestrial base and has a wide application prospect. And in-situ utilization of extraterrestrial resources is effectively realized.

    本公开提供了一种3D打印地外星壤及其模拟物的基板装置,该基板装置包括地外星壤或其模拟物的烧结块、金属框架结构和固定机构。所述金属框架结构具有至少一贯穿空腔,所述地外星壤或其模拟物的烧结块嵌于所述金属框架结构的贯穿空腔内;所述固定机构安装于所述金属框架结构上,用于固定所述地外星壤或其模拟物的烧结块与所述金属框架结构的相对位置。本公开还提供了一种3D打印地外星壤及其模拟物的基板装置的组装方法。本公开利用原位烧结的地外星壤及其模拟物的烧结块作为3D打印的基板材料,并与易于加工且可重复利用的金属框架结构组合成基板装置,从而达成在3D打印过程中快速更换基板和降低成本的目的,并可用于地外基地的建造,有效地实现地外资源的原位利用。
