The invention relates to the technical field of shape memory alloy 4D printing, in particular to a method for preparing an intelligent heat exchange component based on 4D printing. According to the requirement of the industrial field for an intelligent heat exchange complex structural component, the characteristic that a heat exchange component switch valve prepared through the 4D printing technology can change the shape along with the temperature change of an incoming flow medium is utilized, intelligent autonomous control over the heat exchange component is achieved, and then different main body heat exchange runners are selected. Meanwhile, controllable preparation of a porous structure of a heat exchange main body flow channel and integrated forming of a switch valve and the main body heat exchange flow channel can be achieved through the 4D printing technology, and intelligent regulation and control over the heat exchange efficiency of heat exchange fluid by the heat exchange component are improved. According to the method for preparing the intelligent heat exchange component based on 4D printing, controllable opening and closing of the switch valve of the heat exchange component can be achieved, and the medium heat exchange efficiency is automatically changed.

    本发明涉及形状记忆合金4D打印技术领域,具体为一种基于4D打印制备智能热交换构件的方法。根据工业领域对智能化热交换复杂结构构件的需求,利用4D打印技术制备的换热构件开关阀随来流介质温度变化可改变形状的特性,实现热交换构件智能化自主控制,进而选择不同的主体换热流道。同时,4D打印技术还可以实现热交换主体流道的多孔结构可控制备,以及开关阀和主体换热流道的一体化成形,提升热交换构件对换热流体换热效率的智能化调控。本发明基于4D打印制备智能热交换构件的方法,可以实现换热构件开关阀的可控开闭,自主改变介质换热效率。
