The invention discloses an extended-range vehicle power assembly monitoring and management method, device and equipment and a medium, and relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles. The method comprises the steps that a whole vehicle control unit obtains and monitors the state of a power assembly of a current vehicle in real time, the power assembly state comprises at least one of a high-voltage inactivation mode, a high-voltage activation mode, a current vehicle driving mode, a pure electric mode, an engine starting process state, a range extending mode, an engine stopping process state, an engine idling state and an engine reverse towing mode; and the whole vehicle control unit adjusts the state of the power assembly according to the state of the power assembly of the current vehicle and/or a control request signal. According to the invention, the power assembly state of the extended-range vehicle can be accurately identified and monitored in real time, so that the control strategy of the whole extended-range vehicle can be timely adjusted.
