The invention relates to a battery self-heating device and method and a vehicle, the battery self-heating device comprises a first energy processing device, a second energy processing device and a controller which are connected, and the controller is configured to control on-off of a first inverter and a second inverter in a first preset state, the first power battery and the second power battery are charged/discharged through the first energy processing device and the second energy processing device, so that heating of the first power battery and the second power battery is achieved. Therefore, the battery self-heating device for performing low-frequency oscillation heating by using double motors and double electric control is provided, the characteristics of double motors and double electric control in part of electric vehicles such as four-wheel-drive electric vehicles can be fully utilized, and the double motors are communicated through the neutral line, so that the battery self-heating device can perform low-frequency oscillation heating. The self-heating efficiency and power of the power battery are greatly improved, and the lower cost is ensured.
