The invention relates to a multi-flight-state adjusting device for a wing-in-ground-effect ship, which comprises a hydraulic system, a hydraulic oil pump, a direct-current motor, an oil tank, a take-off oil cylinder, a left brake oil cylinder, a right brake oil cylinder, a left land brake electromagnetic valve YV1, a right land brake electromagnetic valve YV2, a left water brake electromagnetic valve YV3, a right water brake electromagnetic valve YV4 and a water take-off electromagnetic valve YV5, the take-off auxiliary mechanism comprises a take-off plate, the take-off plate is rotationally arranged at the bottom of the ship body, and the take-off plate is driven to rotate through a take-off oil cylinder, so that an included angle is formed between the take-off plate and the water surface for supporting the ship body; the water surface steering and braking mechanism comprises a left side braking vane and a right side braking vane; the land brake mechanism comprises a left landing wheel and a right landing wheel. Control integration of water surface takeoff assistance, water surface steering, water surface braking and land stable braking of the wing-in-ground-effect ship is achieved, the takeoff sliding surface cannot be damaged, and multi-flight-state adjustment of the wing-in-ground-effect ship is completed with small weight.
