The invention, which relates to the technical field of traffic safety management, discloses a dynamic prediction and warning method for a right-turn vehicle running mat rolling area at an intersection, comprising the following steps: acquiring geometric parameters of the intersection and the type of a vehicle to turn right, and capturing own parameters and motion parameters of the right-turn vehicle; establishing a model of the right-turn vehicle running mat area, predicting the running mat area of the right-turn vehicle just entering the intersection, and projecting the predicted running mat area of the right-turn vehicle to the ground; an iteration model of the right-turn vehicle running mat rolling area is established, the right-turn vehicle running mat rolling area is iterated according to the right-turn moving vehicle motion parameters captured in real time, and the iterated right-turn vehicle running mat rolling area is projected to the ground in real time; by combining the prediction of the right-turn vehicle running mat rolling area by using the empirical radius value and the real-time iteration of the right-turn vehicle running mat rolling area, the right-turn vehicle running mat rolling area can be predicted more truly and reliably.
