The invention belongs to the technical field of pipeline stacking, and particularly relates to a PE double-wall corrugated pipe automatic framing method which comprises the following steps that (1) a first lifting assembly is used for lifting a corrugated pipe till the bottom end of the corrugated pipe is higher than a guide connecting plate; (2) the corrugated pipe rolls to a lifting receiving and placing plate of a receiving and placing assembly through a guide connecting plate; (3) the step (1) and the step (2) are repeated till the first layer of corrugated pipes are laid on the lifting receiving and placing plate; (4) the height of the lifting receiving and placing plate is lowered through a first driving piece in the receiving and placing assembly, and the step (1) and the step (2) are repeated till the corrugated pipes are laid on the lifting receiving and placing plate by a second layer; (5) a third layer of corrugated pipes are laid on the lifting receiving and placing plate according to the step (4); and (6) the transfer frame is lifted through a forklift, the corrugated pipes on the lifting receiving and placing plate make contact with the frame bottom of the transfer frame, and automatic framing of the corrugated pipes is completed. According to the automatic framing device for the PE double-wall corrugated pipe, automatic framing of the PE double-wall corrugated pipe is achieved, the framing efficiency is improved, and the situation that the PE double-wall corrugated pipe is damaged due to collision is avoided.

    本发明属于管道堆垛技术领域,具体涉及一种PE双壁波纹管自动装框方法,包括以下步骤:1)利用第一抬升组件抬升波纹管,直至波纹管的底端高于导向衔接板;2)波纹管经导向衔接板滚落至接放组件的升降接放板上;3)重复步骤1)和2),直至波纹管在升降接放板上铺满第一层;4)利用接放组件中的第一驱动件下调升降接放板的高度,并重复步骤1)和2),直至波纹管在升降接放板上铺满第二层;5)按照步骤4)使得波纹管在升降接放板上铺满第三层;6)利用叉车抬升转运框,升降接放板上的波纹管与转运框的框底接触,完成波纹管自动装框。本发明不仅实现了PE双壁波纹管的自动装框,提高了装框效率,还避免了PE双壁波纹管因遭受撞击而受损。
