The invention discloses a heating oil tank and a fuel oil heating control system and method. A columnar shell is arranged in the heating oil tank, the two ends of the columnar shell are connected with the two opposite inner walls of the heating oil tank correspondingly, and a plurality of small holes are formed in the side wall of the columnar shell; a heating resistance wire is arranged on the inner wall of the columnar shell, and a stirring assembly is coaxially arranged in the columnar shell; a motor is further arranged on the oil tank, is connected with the stirring assembly and is used for driving the stirring assembly to rotate around a shaft; the heating oil tank is further provided with a communication unit, a rotating speed sensor and a control unit, wherein the rotating speed sensor and the control unit are connected with the communication unit. The rotating speed sensor is used for sensing the rotating speed of the motor. And the control unit is connected with the heating resistance wire and the motor and is used for controlling the working states of the heating resistance wire and the motor. The fluidity of the fuel oil is judged according to the rotating speed of the motor, so that whether oil supply of the auxiliary oil tank can be switched to oil supply of the heating oil tank or not is judged, and the accuracy of a judgment result is improved.

    本发明公开一种加热油箱、燃油加热控制系统和方法所述加热油箱内设置有柱状壳体,所述柱状壳体的两端分别与加热油箱相对的两个内壁连接,柱状壳体侧壁上开设有若干小孔;所述柱状壳体内壁上设置有加热电阻丝,柱状壳体的内部共轴设置有搅拌组件;所述油箱上还设置有电机,所述电机与搅拌组件连接,用于带动搅拌组件绕轴旋转;所述加热油箱上还设置有通信单元及与通信单元连接的转速传感器和控制单元,所述转速传感器用于感应电机的转速;所述控制单元与加热电阻丝及电机连接,用于控制加热电阻丝和电机的工作状态。本发明根据电机的转速判断燃油的流动性,从而判断是否可以由副油箱供油切换到加热油箱供油,提升判断结果的准确性。
