The invention discloses heat management equipment, a heat management system and an electric vehicle, the heat management equipment comprises a refrigerant flow path and a cooling liquid system, the cooling liquid system comprises a condenser, an evaporator, an electric heater, a first water pump, a second water pump and a cooling liquid circulation loop, and refrigerant channels of the condenser and the evaporator are connected in the refrigerant flow path in series; the condenser and the evaporator are provided with a first cooling liquid channel and a second cooling liquid channel respectively, the first water pump and the second water pump are connected with the first cooling liquid channel and the second cooling liquid channel respectively, and the electric heater is selectively connected to an outlet of the first cooling liquid channel in series. The cooling liquid circulation loop can selectively connect the first cooling liquid channel and/or the second cooling liquid channel to form cooling liquid circulation. The heat pump system can be efficiently utilized, the cooling liquid is used for heat exchange in the corresponding device, the pipeline structure is simplified, and the danger caused by leakage of the refrigerant at the heat exchanger located in the cockpit is avoided.
