The invention discloses a thunder-vision all-in-one machine and a control method. The all-in-one machine comprises an all-in-one machine body, the all-in-one machine body is provided with a power receiving port of an active Ethernet type, and the power receiving port is used for being connected with an Ethernet power supply end through the Ethernet; the GPS time service module is connected with the all-in-one machine body and is used for providing a positioning function and a timing function; the RTC clock circuit is connected with the all-in-one machine body, the power source end of the RTC clock circuit is connected with the battery, and the RTC clock circuit is used for supplying power to a clock of the all-in-one machine when the all-in-one machine is powered off and stopping supplying power to the clock of the all-in-one machine when the all-in-one machine recovers power supply. And the problems of incapability of positioning and timing and high construction difficulty of the thunder-sight all-in-one machine are solved.
