The invention relates to the technical field of new reclaimed rubber materials for tire manufacturing, in particular to bio-based compound modified liquid reclaimed rubber, a preparation method and application in tire preparation. The invention discloses bio-based compound modified liquid reclaimed rubber. The liquid reclaimed rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight through high-temperature reaction: 100 parts of reclaimed rubber and/or rubber powder; 1.0 to 100 parts of lignin and/or lignin derivatives; and 0.05 to 5.0 parts of a peptizer. Lignin and/or lignin derivatives are/is adopted to modify the liquid reclaimed rubber, the liquid reclaimed rubber has phenolic hydroxyl groups, carbonyl groups, methoxyl groups, double bonds and carboxyl groups, and the liquid reclaimed rubber can replace tackifying resin, a softening agent and a plasticizer after being added into a rubber composition, so that the viscosity of a rubber semi-finished product is improved, the processing performance of a rubber material is improved, and the service life of the rubber material is prolonged. Meanwhile, the dispersion of the filler is facilitated, and the crosslinking density is improved, so that the performance of the rubber composition is improved, and the prepared tire has low heat generation performance.

    本发明涉及轮胎制造再生橡胶新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种生物基化合物改性液体再生胶、制备方法和在轮胎制备中的应用。一种生物基化合物改性液体再生胶,该液体再生胶按重量份数计有包括以下组分的原料通过高温反应制备得到:再生胶和/或胶粉100份;木质素和/或木质素衍生物1.0‑100份;塑解剂0.05‑5.0份。该液体再生胶采用木质素和/或木质素衍生物改性液体再生胶,液体再生橡胶具有酚羟基、羰基、甲氧基、双键和羧基数量增加,加入到橡胶组合物中,可代替增粘树脂、软化剂、增塑剂,提高橡胶半制品的粘性,改善胶料的加工性能,同时有助于填料的分散,提高交联密度,从而提高橡胶组合物的性能,制备的轮胎具有低生热性能。
