The invention discloses an automatic opening and closing method and device for a heavy cable trench cover plate of a transformer substation. The method comprises the steps that a manipulator obtains position information of a to-be-hoisted target heavy cable trench cover plate in the transformer substation; a walking part is controlled according to the position information, and the frame is moved to the target position of the target heavy cable trench cover plate; receiving a hoisting instruction, and controlling the hoisting part to hoist the target heavy cable trench cover plate from the cable trench according to the hoisting instruction; a first moving instruction is received, and the frame is moved out of the target position; when the cable maintenance is completed and the target heavy cable trench cover plate needs to be restored, the manipulator receives the second moving instruction and moves the frame to the target position; and the controller receives the descending instruction and controls the hoisting part to place the target heavy cable trench cover plate into the cable trench according to the descending instruction. Through the automatic opening and closing device for the heavy cable trench cover plate of the transformer substation, hoisting and recovery of the heavy cable trench cover plate of the transformer substation are achieved, cooperative operation of multiple persons is not needed, and safety is improved.

    本发明公开了变电站重型电缆沟盖板自动启闭方法和装置,方法包括:操控器获取变电站内待吊装的目标重型电缆沟盖板的位置信息;根据位置信息控制行走部,将车架移动至目标重型电缆沟盖板的目标位置;接收吊装指令,根据吊装指令控制吊装部将目标重型电缆沟盖板从电缆沟槽中吊装起来;接收第一移动指令,将车架移动出目标位置;当电缆检修完成,需要将目标重型电缆沟盖板复原时,操控器接收第二移动指令,将车架移动至目标位置;操控器接收下降指令,根据下降指令控制吊装部将目标重型电缆沟盖板放置到电缆沟槽中。通过变电站重型电缆沟盖板自动启闭装置实现了变电站重型电缆沟盖板的吊装和复原,无需多人配合作业,提高了安全性。
