The invention discloses a lifting hook and an unhooking method thereof. The lifting hook comprises a connecting seat, and a rotatable lock rod, a lock ring and a lifting rod are arranged on the connecting seat; when the lifting hook is closed, the limiting mechanism is located at the first clamping position, and the lifting rod is inserted into the locking ring; when the lifting hook is opened, the limiting mechanism is located at the second clamping position, the locking ring rotates to be inclined, and the lifting rod can rotate to be separated from the locking ring; an electric push rod is installed in the connecting base and used for pressing the lock rod so that the limiting mechanism can rotate to the second clamping position from the first clamping position. The limiting mechanism is located at the first clamping position and can limit the locking ring, so that the lifting hook is kept in a stable and effective closed state, and effective anti-unhooking lifting is achieved. The electric push rod is powered on to achieve rotation of the limiting mechanism, limiting on the locking ring is relieved, the locking ring rotates to be inclined, the hanging rod is separated from the locking ring, and therefore the hanging rod is rapidly and safely unhooked and opened.

    本发明公开了一种起重吊钩及其脱钩方法,起重吊钩包括连接座,连接座上设有可转动的锁杆、锁环和吊杆;起重吊钩闭合时,限位机构处于第一卡合位,吊杆插接在锁环内;起重吊钩打开时,限位机构处于第二卡合位,锁环转动至倾斜,吊杆能转动脱离锁环;连接座内安装有电动推杆,电动推杆用于对锁杆按压,以使限位机构由第一卡合位转动至第二卡合位。限位机构处于第一卡合位,可以对锁环进行限位,使得起重吊钩维持稳定有效的闭合状态,实现有效的防脱钩吊运。通过电动推杆通电实现限位机构的转动,解除对锁环的限位,使得锁环转动至倾斜,使得吊杆脱离锁环,以实现吊杆快速安全的脱钩打开。
