本发明公开了集防浪消波和海洋能发电于一体的浮式平台及其工作方法,包括有防波堤、离岸浮式风机和调谐减振波浪能发电装置;其中防波堤由双圆柱箱和连接舱壁组成,在防波堤中间形成月池区域;离岸浮式风机和调谐减振波浪能发电装置均通过连接杆与防波堤连接,位于月池区域内,本发明将防波堤、离岸浮式风机和调谐减振波浪能发电装置结合为一体,且将三者的功能进行互补,防波堤为离岸浮式风机和调谐减振波浪能发电装置提供浮式基座以及良好的发电环境,调谐减振波浪能发电装置均匀分布在离岸浮式风机的下方,为离岸浮式风机调谐减振,保证风力发电的稳定,而离岸浮式风机受到海浪和风力作用下产生的振动扩大了调谐减振波浪能发电装置的发电效率。
