The invention provides an intelligent driving system and method for adjustment based on a driver state, and the method comprises the steps: evaluating the event recognition capability and event response capability of a driver when the driver is recognized to be in an abnormal state in a driving process, and enabling the event response capability to comprise the action capability and the response time; when the action ability of the driver is lower than a preset action ability threshold value, the control authority of the intelligent driving system is adjusted to be emergency control authority, and when the action ability of the driver is higher than the preset action ability threshold value and the event recognition ability of the driver is lower than a preset recognition ability threshold value, the control authority of the intelligent driving system is adjusted to be emergency control authority. When the response time of the driver is in the glide state, the control authority of the intelligent driving system is adjusted according to the event recognition capability and the event response capability of the driver, and then the automobile control strategy of the intelligent driving system is determined, so that the self-adaptive control of the automobile can be executed in combination with the actual state of the driver; and potential safety hazards caused by directly taking over automobile control are avoided.

    本发明提出了一种基于驾驶员状态进行调整的智能驾驶系统及方法,通过在行车过程中识别到驾驶员处于异常状态时,评估驾驶员的事件识别能力和事件响应能力,所述事件响应能力包括行动能力和反应时间,当所述驾驶员的行动能力低于预设的行动能力阈值时,将智能驾驶系统的控制权限调整为应急控制权限,当所述驾驶员的行动能力高于预设的行动能力阈值且所述驾驶员的事件识别能力低于预设的识别能力阈值,在驾驶员的反应时间处于下滑状态的时候根据所述驾驶员的事件识别能力和事件响应能力调整智能驾驶系统的控制权限,进而确定所述智能驾驶系统的汽车控制策略,能够结合驾驶员的实际状态执行汽车的自适应控制,避免了直接接管汽车控制带来的安全隐患。
