The invention discloses a method for controlling the output power of a power battery in a rotating speed control mode of a pure electric heavy truck. The method comprises the following steps: 1) calculating ADchg and AChg; (2) calculating BDchg and BChg; 3) determining CDchg and CChg according to calculation results of the steps 1) and 2); determining DUnfilMax and DUnfilMin respectively according to the result of the step 3) and the upper and lower limit values of the rated speed of the motor; (4) calculating EDchg and EChg; (5) respectively obtaining GMax and GMin according to the result of the step (4); and according to the GMax and the Gmin, a motor required rotating speed instruction sent by a driver is limited. The method has the beneficial technical effects that after the scheme is adopted, the rotating speed finally executed by the power motor can be always kept within the allowable range, the actual power of the power battery is prevented from exceeding the allowable charging and discharging power range, and the battery is protected.

    本发明公开了一种纯电重卡转速控制模式下动力电池输出功率控制方法,包括:1)计算出ADchg和AChg;2)计算出BDchg和BChg;3)根据步骤1)、2)的计算结果确定CDchg和CChg;根据步骤3)的结果以及电机额定转速上下限值分别确定DUnfilMax和DUnfilMin;4)计算EDchg和EChg;5)根据步骤4)的结果分别得到GMax和GMin;根据GMax和Gmin对驾驶员发出的电机需求转速指令进行限制。本发明的有益技术效果是:采用该方案后,动力电机最终执行的转速就能始终保持在允许范围内,防止动力电池的实际功率超越允许的充放电功率范围,对电池起到保护效果。
