The invention discloses a modified phenolic resin, a preparation method thereof and a rubber composition, and belongs to the field of rubber materials. The preparation method of the modified phenolic resin comprises the following steps: carrying out first-stage condensation reaction on a phenolic compound and first-stage aldehyde, and then carrying out first-stage dehydration treatment to obtain first-stage resin; and carrying out second-stage condensation reaction on the first-stage resin, second-stage aldehyde and lignin to obtain the modified phenolic resin. According to the preparation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the lignin is added to modify the phenolic resin, so that effective utilization of lignin natural resources is realized, and when the modified phenolic resin is applied to reinforcing adhesive materials such as rubber, the adhesive property can be better improved while better mechanical property and vulcanization property are maintained. Meanwhile, specific step-by-step preparation procedures are adopted, the reaction activity and efficiency of lignin are effectively improved, the modification effect can be improved, meanwhile, the content of free phenol in the modified phenolic resin can be effectively reduced, and better application of the modified phenolic resin is facilitated.

    一种改性酚醛树脂及其制备方法、以及橡胶组合物,属于橡胶材料领域。改性酚醛树脂的制备方法包括:将酚类化合物和一段醛进行一段缩合反应,然后进行一段脱水处理,得到一段树脂;将一段树脂、二段醛和木质素进行二段缩合反应,得到改性酚醛树脂。本申请实施例提供的制备方法,加入木质素对酚醛树脂进行改性,实现对木质素自然资源的有效利用,并使得改性酚醛树脂在应用于橡胶等补强粘合材料中时,在保持较好的力学性能和硫化性能的同时,能够较好地提高粘合性能。同时,采用特定的分步骤制备工序,有效提高木质素的反应活性及效率,能够提高改性效果,同时能有效降低改性酚醛树脂中游离苯酚含量,有利于改性酚醛树脂更好地应用。
