The invention provides a compact ship carbon capture system method based on methanol reforming coupling efficient membrane separation and application, a methanol aqueous solution is adopted as a raw material, and propulsion power is provided for a ship through the working procedures of reforming, reforming product separation, hydrogen combustion and the like; the hydrogen fuel is prepared by reforming methanol steam, so that the potential safety hazard existing in high-pressure hydrogen storage in the prior art is solved; the separated carbon dioxide is compressed, liquefied and stored, so that efficient carbon capture is realized; and waste heat of discharged flue gas is used for providing heat for methanol steam reforming and fuel preheating, so that comprehensive utilization of energy is realized. According to the invention, hydrogen energy is utilized under the condition that the ship does not need to store and transport hydrogen, and the filling problem of limiting the development of a hydrogen fuel power system is solved; the method has the advantages that greenhouse gas emission is reduced, dependence on fossil fuel is reduced, the ship energy utilization efficiency is improved and the like, and the ship industry is promoted to stride towards the direction of green, low-carbon and sustainable development.

    本发明提供了一种基于甲醇重整耦合高效膜分离的紧凑型船舶碳捕集系统方法及应用,采用甲醇水溶液作为原料,并通过重整、重整产物分离、氢气燃烧等工序,为船舶提供推进动力;通过甲醇水蒸汽重整制备氢燃料,解决了现有技术中高压储氢存在的安全隐患;通过对分离出的二氧化碳进行压缩液化储存,实现了高效碳捕集;利用排放的烟气余热,为甲醇水蒸气重整和燃料预热提供热量,实现能量的综合利用。本发明实现了船舶在不需要储存和运输氢气的情况下利用氢能,解决了限制氢燃料动力系统发展的加注问题;具有减少温室气体排放、降低对化石燃料依赖以及提高船舶能源利用效率等优点,有助于推动船舶行业向绿色、低碳和可持续发展的方向迈进。
