The invention provides an OHT crown block vibration alarm control method and system based on a vibration sensor. The method comprises the steps that S1, sensor installation and data collection are conducted on an OHT crown block; s2, the vibration frequency and the dip angle change data of the X axis and the Y axis are transmitted to a PLC of an OHT crown block through an RS485 protocol; s3, the PLC in the OHT crown block stores the received data in a register; s4, reading the data stored in the PLC register by the upper computer, performing preliminary judgment according to the set vibration frequency and inclination angle value, generating corresponding PLC interface warning reminding, and controlling the on/off of a warning lamp; and S5, commanding the OHT crown block to run to an inspection area or stop running immediately according to the vibration frequency and the degree of the inclination angle. Through real-time monitoring of vibration, an alarm can be given out when the vibration exceeds a safety range, shutdown is carried out in time, inspection is carried out, and the safety of equipment and workers is improved.

    本发明提出基于振动传感器的OHT天车振动报警控制方法及系统,包括步骤S1:对OHT天车进行传感器安装和数据采集;步骤S2:振动频率和X,Y轴的倾角变化数据通过RS485协议传送给OHT天车的PLC;步骤S3:OHT天车内的PLC将接收到的数据存储在寄存器中;步骤S4:上位机读取存储在PLC寄存器中的数据,根据设定的振动频率和倾角值进行初步判断,产生相应的PLC界面警示提醒,并控制警示灯的亮灭;步骤S5:依据振动频率和倾角的程度,指挥OHT天车行驶到检查区或立刻停止运行。本发明通过对振动的实时监控,可以在振动超出安全范围时发出报警,及时停机并进行检查,提高了设备和工作人员的安全性。
