The embodiment of the invention provides a crane carriage and beam changing equipment. The crane carriage comprises a hanging frame, a hoisting mechanism and a hoisting tool. The hanging frame is used for being movably connected to a main beam of the beam changing equipment, the hanging frame comprises a beam connecting frame and two beam bodies, the two beam bodies are arranged in a spaced mode, each beam body is provided with a top face and a side face connected with the top face, the beam connecting frame is connected with the top faces of the two beam bodies respectively, and a sliding table is arranged on the side faces. The hoisting mechanism comprises a fixed pulley assembly and a movable pulley assembly connected with the fixed pulley assembly, the fixed pulley assembly is arranged between the two beam bodies, and the fixed pulley assembly is connected to the sliding table in a sliding mode. The lifting appliance is connected to the movable pulley assembly. In the invention, the sliding table is arranged on the side surface of the beam body, so that the beam connecting frame is prevented from blocking the fixed pulley assembly, the transverse moving space of the fixed pulley assembly is fully increased under the condition of limited boundary dimension, and the requirement of curved beam erection can be met.
