The invention relates to a self-rotor system assisted by a vertical axis fan and an aircraft, the self-rotor system comprises a propeller disc bin B, a first driving assembly, a rotor rotating shaft, two main propeller rotor blades and a second driving assembly, a lower self-aligning bearing with a seat is arranged in the propeller disc bin B, and an upper self-aligning bearing with a seat is mounted at the top of the propeller disc bin B; the first driving assembly is used for driving the lower belt seat self-aligning bearing to move; a rotor rotating shaft is arranged on the upper plummer block self-aligning bearing and the lower plummer block self-aligning bearing in a penetrating manner and is sleeved and fixed with the upper plummer block self-aligning bearing and the lower plummer block self-aligning bearing, and the other end of the rotor rotating shaft is arranged in the propeller hub bin A in a penetrating manner and is fixed with a rotating shaft top disc arranged in the propeller hub bin A; the main propeller rotor wing blades are connected to the propeller hub bin A, fan blades are arranged at the ends of the main propeller rotor wing blades, and the second driving assembly is used for driving the main propeller rotor wing blades to rotate.
