The invention relates to a high-voltage electrical system and a troubleshooting method, device and equipment thereof and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining a target end according to the number of abnormal high-voltage electrical appliance parts when the abnormality of the high-voltage electrical appliance parts is detected; the actual voltage value of the target end of the three-in-one controller in a power supply loop is detected, the power supply loop is a loop formed between the three-in-one controller and a power battery, the three-in-one controller is used for high-voltage power distribution and motor control, and the power battery is used for providing a power source and battery management; comparing the actual voltage value with a preset voltage range to obtain a comparison result; and determining a fault point according to a comparison result so as to carry out troubleshooting. The target end of the three-in-one controller is determined according to the number of the abnormal high-voltage electric appliance parts, and then the fault position is quickly positioned through the voltage value of the target end, so that the problem that the fault reason cannot be quickly checked is solved.

    本申请涉及一种高压电气系统及其故障排查方法、装置、设备及介质,其中,方法包括:在检测到高压电器零部件出现异常时,根据异常的高压电器零部件的数量确定目标端;检测供电回路中三合一控制器的目标端的实际电压值,其中,供电回路为三合一控制器与动力电池之间构成的回路,三合一控制器用于进行高压配电以及电机控制,动力电池用于提供电源以及电池管理;将实际电压值与预设电压范围进行比对,得到比对结果;根据比对结果确定故障点,以进行故障排查。通过根据异常高压电器零部件的数量确定三合一控制器的目标端,然后通过目标端的电压值来快速定位到故障位置,解决了无法快速排查故障原因的问题。
