The invention provides a heating control method and a vehicle, the heating control method is used for a thermal management system of the vehicle, and the thermal management system comprises a refrigerant loop and a first cooling liquid loop. The refrigerant loop comprises an evaporator and a condenser, the evaporator is connected with the condenser, and the evaporator and the condenser are used for exchanging heat with a cockpit. The first cooling liquid loop comprises a power battery, so that cooling liquid passes through the power battery. The heating control method comprises the steps of obtaining the temperature of the power battery; and according to the working mode of the current vehicle and the temperature of the power battery, the heat exchange priority of the power battery and the cockpit is determined. If the heat exchange priority of the power battery is higher than the heat exchange priority of the cockpit, the first cooling liquid loop works preferentially; and if the heat exchange priority of the cockpit is higher than that of the power battery, the refrigerant loop works preferentially. In this way, under the condition that the temperature of the power battery is high, the power battery can be cooled preferentially, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
