The invention provides a lift force and noise integrated testing device of a coaxial double-propeller thruster and a testing method of the lift force and noise integrated testing device. The testing device comprises a testing frame body, a testing rod fixing piece, a U-shaped block, a testing rod, a rope or a supporting platform and a tension sensor. A horizontal tilt angle sensor is mounted on the surface of the tail end of the test rod, and the coaxial double-propeller thruster is mounted on the upper surface of the front end of the test rod; the rope or the supporting platform is located below the coaxial double-propeller thruster, and the rope or the supporting platform is connected with the front end of the test rod and the tension and compression sensor; and the force during the measurement experiment of the tension and compression sensor is subtracted from the force in the zero state to obtain the lift force of the coaxial double-propeller thruster at a certain rotating speed. The device is easy to operate, no complex calculation formula exists, and the lifting force of the coaxial double-propeller thruster at a certain rotating speed can be obtained by subtracting the force measured by the tension and compression sensor during an experiment from the force in a zero state.

    本发明提供一种共轴双桨推进器的升力与噪声一体化的测试装置及其测试方法,测试装置包括测试架本体、测试杆固定件、U型块、测试杆、绳索或支撑平台以及拉力传感器;所述测试杆的尾端表面上安装有水平倾角传感器,所述共轴双桨推进器安装在所述测试杆的前端上表面上;所述绳索或支撑平台位于所述共轴双桨推进器的下方,所述绳索或支撑平台连接所述测试杆前端和拉压传感器;所述拉压传感器测量实验时的力和零状态时的力相减得到所述共轴双桨推进器在某转速下的升力。本发明操作简单,没有复杂的计算公式,由拉压传感器测量出来的实验时的力和零状态时的力相减就可以得到在某转速下,共轴双桨推进器的升力。
