The mode that the mobile base station is matched with the multiple unmanned aerial vehicles is adopted, the single-time work amount exceeding the oil-driven unmanned aerial vehicle is obtained through repeated on-site energy supplementation, and the defects of the oil-driven plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle and the electric plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle are perfectly overcome; the unmanned aerial vehicle has the advantages of large load and long endurance of an oil-driven unmanned aerial vehicle and flexibility, environmental protection and low cost of an electric unmanned aerial vehicle.
