The invention provides an all-terrain adaptive manned planet vehicle and a suspension, and relates to the technical field of planet vehicles. The suspension comprises two force transmission mechanisms, a second shock absorber and four swing arms used for being rotationally connected with the frame. The swing arms are used for installing wheels and driving the wheels to ascend and descend relative to the frame, and the two swing arms located at the diagonal positions form an arm set. The two force transmission mechanisms are connected with the different arm sets respectively, each force transmission mechanism comprises a balance rod and two middle connecting pieces, the balance rod is used for being connected with the frame, the two ends of the balance rod are hinged to the two middle connecting pieces respectively, and the two middle connecting pieces are hinged to the two ends of the balance rod respectively. The ends, away from the balance rod, of the two middle connecting pieces are hinged to the two swing arms of the same arm set respectively, the balance rod has the horizontal rotation freedom degree relative to the frame, and at least one middle connecting piece of the force transmission mechanism is arranged to be a first shock absorber. And the second shock absorber acts on the two force transmission mechanisms.
