The invention discloses a hierarchical equalization control method based on an ant colony algorithm and double fuzzy logic control, which is used for carrying out electric quantity equalization control on a plurality of battery modules in a battery pack and a plurality of single batteries in the battery modules, and comprises the following steps: acquiring voltage and current, and obtaining an SOC value by using an SOC estimation module; judging whether equalization is needed or not; an annular equalization circuit is adopted, an energy transfer path is optimized by using an ant colony algorithm, and an optimal energy transfer path is obtained; adjusting the equalizing current by using a double-fuzzy logic controller; according to the battery pack, the layered annular equalization circuit of the single batteries and the battery modules is adopted, the size and complexity of the circuit are reduced through the modular design of the annular equalization circuit, and convenience is provided for maintenance of the battery pack; an ant colony algorithm is utilized to optimize an energy transfer path between single batteries or battery modules, so that energy loss in a transfer process is reduced; and a dual-fuzzy logic controller is adopted to adjust the equalizing current between the single batteries or the battery modules, so that the accurate control of the equalizing current is realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于蚁群算法和双模糊逻辑控制的分层均衡控制方法,对电池包内的多个电池模块和电池模块内的多个电池单体进行电量均衡控制,步骤包括采集电压和电流,利用SOC估计模块得到SOC值;判断是否需要均衡;采用环形均衡电路,利用蚁群算法优化转移能量路径,获得最佳转移能量路径;利用双模糊逻辑控制器调节均衡电流;本申请采用电池单体和电池模块分层环形均衡电路,环形均衡电路的模块化设计,减小了电路的尺寸和复杂度,为电池包维修提供了便利;利用蚁群算法对电池单体或电池模块间转移能量的路径的进行优化,减小了转移过程中的能量损耗;采用双模糊逻辑控制器调节电池单体或电池模块间的均衡电流,而实现对均衡电流的精准控制。
