The invention discloses a large portal crane and system for nuclear power plant construction, which comprises a main beam, two ends of the main beam are connected with supporting legs, the bottom of each supporting leg is provided with a running mechanism, the main beam is provided with at least two trolleys without opposite penetrating running requirements, each trolley is internally provided with a hoisting mechanism connected with a lifting hook, and each hoisting mechanism is provided with a redundant brake to maintain the load of the lifting hook. A laser range finder and an oblique correction system are arranged on the side surface of the supporting leg to avoid rail clamping caused by oblique movement, and a collision detection system is further arranged on the side surface of the supporting leg; compared with a large crawler crane conventionally used for construction and installation in a nuclear power plant, the crawler crane has the characteristics of flexible and convenient hoisting operation, small occupied area, low cost, convenience in assembly, capability of spanning a multi-unit construction site and convenience in transition. Meanwhile, compared with a common gantry crane, the gantry crane has the design and functions of double-trolley synchronous lifting, high precision, high running precision, difficulty in deviation, wind resistance, skid resistance, overturning resistance, lifting redundancy safety and other depth defense, and meets the requirements of nuclear power construction safety quality and safety.

    本发明公开了一种核电厂建造用大型门式起重机及系统,包括主梁,主梁两端连接支腿,支腿底部设置运行机构,主梁上设置至少两个无对穿运行需求的小车,小车内设有连接吊钩的起升机构,起升机构设置冗余制动器以保持吊钩荷载,支腿侧面设置激光测距仪和斜行矫正系统以避免斜行卡轨,支腿侧面还设置碰撞检测系统;与核电厂常规使用的建安用大型履带式起重机相比,具有起吊操作灵活便捷、占地小,费用低、便于组装、可跨多机组施工场地方便转场的特点。同时与一般普通门式起重机相比,具有双小车同步抬吊精度高、运行精度高不易跑偏、防风抗滑抗倾覆及起升冗余安全等纵深防御的设计和功能,满足核电建安质量和安全要求。
