Two fixing holes are symmetrically formed in the anchor disc and matched with the electromagnets, the electromagnets on the left side and the right side are the same in magnetic pole, when the electromagnets work, the electromagnets and the fixing holes are in an inserted connection state, and at the moment, a steel structure needing to be suspended is clamped between the anchor disc and the lifting lug, so that suspension can be achieved. At present, an existing device cannot solve the problems of vertical lifting and horizontal movement of ultra-wide and ultra-long objects; secondly, the problem of multi-lifting-point cooperative lifting of ultra-wide and ultra-long objects cannot be solved; and the problems that the object cannot be obliquely lifted and overturned to be lifted, the stability is poor during suspension, and finally automatic positioning and fixing cannot be achieved are solved.

    本发明提供了一种可用于多点复杂方向智能悬吊锚固装置,涉及悬吊装置技术领域,包括:支撑柱、辅助部分、移动部分、悬吊部分和固定部分;所述支撑柱共设有四个,左侧两个支撑柱顶部与一个承接块固定。锚盘上对称开设有两个固定孔,固定孔与电磁铁相匹配,左右两侧的电磁铁磁极相同,当电磁铁工作时电磁铁与固定孔呈插接状态,此时将需要悬吊的钢结构卡接在锚盘与吊耳之间可实现悬吊,解决了首先,目前现有装置无法解决超宽、超长物体竖直起吊和水平移动问题;其次,无法解决超宽、超长物体多吊点协同起吊问题;再次解决物体无法实现倾斜起吊、翻转起吊问题以及悬吊时稳定性较差,最后无法解决自动定位固定的问题的问题。
