The invention belongs to the field of flight control system fault simulation test flight, and particularly relates to a control surface jamming simulation method, device and system. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring a set value of each test flight function switch interface given by a tester, wherein the set value is 0 or 1; s2, determining one or more control surfaces needing to be subjected to instruction disconnection based on the combination of the set values of the test flight function switch interfaces, and setting a first control instruction output by the flight control computer to the disconnected control surfaces to be 0; s3, acquiring a second control instruction for the disconnected control surface, wherein the second control instruction is a voltage value corresponding to different control surface jamming angles injected by a jamming instruction injection control box; and S4, superposing the first control instruction and the second control instruction to realize deflection control of the control surface of the aircraft. According to the invention, the jamming fault of each control surface can be conveniently realized, the test flight period is shortened, the test flight efficiency is improved, and the flight control system fault simulation test flight task is effectively ensured to be smoothly completed.
