The invention provides a polyimide fiber composite stealth sandwich structure and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the field of fiber reinforced composite structure design and manufacturing. The sandwich structure comprises a high-wave-transparent polyimide wave-transparent skin, a wave-absorbing honeycomb serving as a sandwich layer, a carbon fiber reflecting plate serving as a reflecting layer and a carbon fiber end rib, wherein the reflecting layer adopts an angle adjusting structure with a low-frequency wave-absorbing effect. During processing, the edge of the wave-transparent skin is processed into a net size and then cured and formed, the carbon fiber reflecting plate and the carbon fiber end ribs which are cured and formed are positioned, combined and formed with the wave-absorbing honeycomb, the appearance surface of the wave-absorbing honeycomb is processed, and finally, the wave-absorbing honeycomb is glued with the polyimide wave-transparent skin to form an integral structure. The stealth characteristic, the structure weight reduction and the manufacturing precision are overall planned to be optimal, the design is novel, the manufacturing risk is low, assembling, using and maintaining are easy and convenient, universality is high, and the method can be widely applied to wing body leading edge structures, vertical tail leading edge structures and horizontal tail leading edge structures of various stealth aircrafts.

    本发明提供了一种聚酰亚胺纤维复合材料隐身夹层结构及其制造方法,属于纤维增强复合材料结构设计与制造领域。该夹层结构包括高透波聚酰亚胺透波蒙皮、吸波蜂窝作为夹芯层、碳纤维反射板作为反射层和碳纤维端肋,其中反射层采用了具有低频吸波效果的角度调节结构。加工时,先将透波蒙皮边缘加工为净尺寸再固化成型,再将固化成型好的碳纤维反射板和碳纤维端肋与吸波蜂窝定位组合成型后,对吸波蜂窝外形面进行加工,最后与聚酰亚胺透波蒙皮胶接为整体结构。本发明将隐身特性、结构减重和制造精度统筹到最优,设计新颖,制造风险低,装配和使用维护简便,普适性强,可广泛应用于各类隐身飞机的翼身前缘和垂、平尾前缘结构。
