The invention provides a ship fresh air pipeline type cascade pre-cooling device and a control method. The ship fresh air pipeline type cascade pre-cooling device comprises a fresh air channel, an exhaust channel, a gravity type heat regeneration unit, a first coil pipe and a second coil pipe which are adjacent and do not communicate, and the fresh air channel is arranged close to the sea level; the air inlet side of the fresh air channel or the air outlet side of the exhaust channel is communicated with the outside of the cabin, and the air outlet side of the fresh air channel or the air inlet side of the exhaust channel is communicated with the inside of the cabin; the gravity type heat regeneration unit is arranged in the fresh air channel and used for conducting primary heat exchange on fresh air. The first coil pipe is arranged in the fresh air channel; the heat exchanger is used for performing secondary heat exchange on fresh air; the second coil pipe is arranged in the fresh air channel; the heat exchanger is used for conducting third-time heat exchange on fresh air; and the gravity type heat regeneration unit further extends into the exhaust channel to recover the cooling capacity of exhaust air in the exhaust channel. According to the scheme, the cooling capacity of exhaust is recycled, three-time stepped cooling is carried out through the temperature difference between seawater and fresh air and the temperature difference between air conditioner chilled water and fresh air, and the method is suitable for ship hoisting or side mounting.

    本发明提供了一种船舶新风管道式梯级预冷装置及控制方法,包括相邻且不连通的新风通道、排风通道、重力式回热单元、第一盘管和第二盘管,且新风通道靠近海平面设置;新风通道的进风侧或者排风通道的出风侧与舱外连通,新风通道的出风侧或者排风通道的进风侧与舱内连通;重力式回热单元设置在新风通道内,用于对新风进行一次换热;第一盘管设置在新风通道内;用于对新风进行二次换热;第二盘管设置在新风通道内;用于对新风进行三次换热;其中,重力式回热单元还延伸至排风通道内,回收排风通道内的排风的冷量。本方案通过回收排气的冷量、利用海水与新风的温差以及空调冷冻水与新风的温差进行三次梯级降温,而且适用船舶吊装或者侧装。
