The invention provides a multi-light-material composite buoyancy mooring chain capable of being assembled and extended. Each single ring of the mooring chain is composed of a polyimide resin core mold inner layer containing hollow beads and a resin-based carbon fiber traction-resistant outer layer, and a core mold is formed by splicing a detachable single-chain ring core mold and a complete single-chain ring core mold which depend on a mortise and tenon joint structure at intervals, so that it is guaranteed that carbon fibers continuously wind the single ring bodies, and multi-ring assembly extension is achieved. The detachable single-chain ring is formed by connecting two C-shaped semi-rings through a mortise and tenon joint structure and embedding the two C-shaped semi-rings into a tenon rod for fixation, and the complete single-chain ring is of a complete long circular ring structure. The composite buoyancy mooring chain can be designed based on the size of the core mold and the carbon fiber layer, so that the overall density is smaller than that of seawater, and the composite buoyancy mooring chain can float on the sea surface.

    本发明提供一种多轻质材料复合的可组装延展浮力系泊链。所述系泊链各单环由包含空心珠的聚酰亚胺树脂芯模内层与树脂基碳纤维耐牵引外层组成,芯模由依托榫卯结构的可拆卸单链环芯模与完整单链环芯模间隔拼接组成,以保证碳纤维不间断缠绕单环体且实现多环组装延展。所述可拆卸单链环由两个C型半环通过榫卯结构连接并嵌入榫棒进行固定,所述完整单链环为完整长圆形环结构。所提出的复合材料浮力系泊链可基于芯模与碳纤维层尺寸设计,使整体密度小于海水密度,可在海面呈漂浮态。
