The invention provides an ion filter management method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: each time a vehicle runs for a preset mileage, obtaining the insulation resistance value of the whole vehicle within a preset period of time, and averaging the insulation resistance value to obtain an insulation reference value, the output current of the fuel cell system is continuously greater than or equal to the preset current, and the temperature of the stack cooling liquid outlet is continuously greater than or equal to the preset temperature; and executing a corresponding ion filter management measure according to the insulation reference value. The collected insulation resistance value of the whole vehicle is closely related to the working condition of the ion filter, the judgment accuracy is improved, and the vehicle running mileage, the insulation resistance value of the whole vehicle, the output current of the fuel cell system and the temperature of the electric pile cooling liquid water outlet can be obtained through existing sensors on the vehicle. Therefore, the working condition of the ion filter can be accurately judged under the condition that an additional sensor is not added, and the accuracy and the economical efficiency are both considered.

    本发明提供一种离子过滤器管理方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质,该方法包括:每当车辆运行预设里程后,获取一段预设时间内的整车绝缘阻值并取平均值得到绝缘参考值,其中,在预设时间内,燃料电池系统输出电流持续大于或等于预设电流,且,电堆冷却液出水口温度持续大于或等于预设温度;根据绝缘参考值执行对应的离子过滤器管理措施。本发明采集的整车绝缘阻值与离子过滤器工作状况具有紧密关联性,提高了判断的准确性,且本发明所涉及的车辆运行里程、整车绝缘阻值、燃料电池系统输出电流和电堆冷却液出水口温度均可通过车辆上现有的传感器获取。由此,本发明在不增加额外传感器的情况下准确判断出离子过滤器的工作状况,兼顾了准确性和经济性。
