The invention provides a vibration reduction system and method for ship rotating equipment, and relates to the technical field of ship management, and the system comprises a direct current wire and a plurality of electromagnetic induction energy consumption coils which are arranged on the same target side face of a vibration reduction base of the ship rotating equipment; the power supply controller is connected with the direct-current wire, and the electromagnetic induction energy dissipation coils are arranged perpendicular to the magnetic field direction of an annular magnetic field generated by the direct-current wire; the power supply controller is used for determining a target adjusting gear corresponding to the optimal magnetic field intensity of the direct-current wire under the current working condition, and adjusting the magnetic field intensity of the annular magnetic field generated by the direct-current wire to the optimal magnetic field intensity based on the target adjusting gear; and the electromagnetic induction energy consumption coils are used for converting vibration energy at the vibration reduction base into electric energy based on the optimal magnetic field intensity and consuming the electric energy so as to perform vibration reduction on the ship rotating equipment. According to the damping base, the optimal damping effect of the damping base on the ship rotating equipment under different working conditions is ensured.

    本发明提供一种面向船舶旋转设备的减振系统及方法,涉及船舶管理技术领域,该系统包括设置在船舶旋转设备的减振基座的同一目标侧面的直流导线和多个电磁感应耗能线圈;电源控制器与直流导线连接,多个电磁感应耗能线圈垂直于直流导线产生的环形磁场的磁场方向布设;电源控制器,用于确定在当前工况下直流导线的最优磁场强度对应的目标调节档位,并基于目标调节档位,将直流导线产生的环形磁场的磁场强度调节至最优磁场强度;多个电磁感应耗能线圈用于基于最优磁场强度将减振基座处的振动能量转化成电能,并消耗电能,以对船舶旋转设备进行减振。本发明实现确保减振基座对不同工况下的船舶旋转设备产生最优的减振效果。
