The invention discloses a fastening system for a cabin guide rail and a counterweight of an elevator, comprising a bracket (1) and a flange (2) wherein the bracket (1) consists of a first part (11) and a second part (12) which are assembled together by a wing; the flange (2) is assembled to the first part (11) or the second part (12) of the bracket (1), so that the flange (2) slides; in a wing (122) facing the base (b) of the guide rail (G), the bracket (1) has at least one support region (a), which is angularly offset (alpha) with respect to said base (b); the support area (a) of the support (1) is not parallel to the base (b) of the guide rail (G); the support is provided with a bolt (5) in the supporting area (a), and the movement of the guide rail (G) towards the support (1) is limited. The effect of the invention is to reduce the friction resulting from the use of forging and elastic flanges in order to improve the rail calculations according to the EN81 standard.
