The underwater vibration reduction and sound insulation non-pressure-resistant shell structure comprises a middle pressure-resistant shell and two side pressure-resistant shells, composite light shells are arranged above and below the middle pressure-resistant shell and the two side pressure-resistant shells at intervals, and the edges of the composite light shells extend towards the side pressure-resistant shells and are connected with the side shells through side edge connecting structures; the composite light shells are divided into multiple sections in the axial direction of the middle pressure-resistant shell, vibration-resistant mass blocks distributed in the annular direction are jointly installed at the connecting positions of the adjacent composite light shells through annular connecting structures, and solid rib plates connected with the outer surfaces of the middle pressure-resistant shell and the side pressure-resistant shells are fixedly installed on the bottom faces of the vibration-resistant mass blocks. The composite light shell comprises an outer layer, a core layer and an inner layer; the outer layer and the inner layer of the composite light shell located at the side edge connecting structure and the vibration-proof mass block are attached to each other; the core layer comprises a core layer base material, a plurality of through holes are formed in the core layer base material at intervals, and STF liquid is contained in the through holes; therefore, the overall weight is greatly reduced while the structural performance is met, the underwater vibration reduction and sound insulation functions are effectively improved, and the underwater concealment and vitality are greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种水下减振隔声的非耐压壳结构及其成型方法,包括中耐压壳和两侧侧耐压壳,上方和下方间隔布设复合轻外壳,复合轻外壳边缘向着侧耐压壳方向延伸并与侧外壳经由侧边连接结构衔接;复合轻外壳沿着中耐压壳轴向分成多段,相邻复合轻外壳相接处经由环向连接结构共同安装沿环向布设的阻振质块,阻振质块底面固装与中耐压壳、侧耐压壳外表面衔接的实肋板;复合轻外壳包括外层、芯层和内层;位于侧边连接结构处和阻振质块处的复合轻外壳中外层与内层相互贴合;芯层包括芯层基材,芯层基材上间隔开设多个贯穿的通孔,通孔中容纳STF液体;从而满足结构性能的同时大大降低整体重量,有效改善水下减振、隔声功能,极大地提升水下隐蔽性和生命力。
