The invention relates to a high-stability composite automobile front carpet assembly and a production method thereof.The high-stability composite automobile front carpet assembly comprises a modified PE pearl wool foam sheet, and composite glass fiber sheets are attached to the two sides of the modified PE pearl wool foam sheet; a non-woven fabric carbon fiber sheet is attached to the upper surface of the composite glass fiber sheet located on the upper side of the PE pearl wool foam sheet, a non-woven fabric layer is attached to the outer surface of the composite glass fiber sheet located on the lower side of the PE pearl wool foam sheet, and a modified PET raising fabric sheet is attached to the outer surface of the non-woven fabric carbon fiber sheet on the upper layer. An automobile front carpet assembly is divided into a plurality of layers, foamed PE pearl wool serves as a carpet base layer, then glass fibers are attached to the PE pearl wool, then non-woven fabric or non-woven fabric carbonized fibers are used for wrapping the glass fibers, and finally PET gigging is used for wrapping the uppermost layer of the whole to form the front carpet of a composite structure.     本发明涉及一种高稳定复合汽车前地毯总成及其生产方法,包括有改性PE珍珠棉泡沫片,改性PE珍珠棉泡沫片的两侧贴合设置有复合玻璃纤维片,位于PE珍珠棉泡沫片上侧的复合玻璃纤维片的上表面贴合设置有无纺布碳纤维片、位于PE珍珠棉泡沫片下侧的复合玻璃纤维片的外表面贴合设置有无纺布层,上层的无纺布碳纤维片的外表面贴合设置有改性PET起绒面料片;将汽车前地毯总成分为多层,将发泡PE珍珠棉作为地毯基层,再用玻璃纤维贴附在PE珍珠棉,再用无纺布或无纺布碳化纤维包裹玻璃纤维,最后用PET起绒包裹在最上层整体上形成复合结构的前地毯,在提升前地毯吸音、减震的同时起到了很好地缓冲作用,整体结构不易松动不会脱落,层层之间粘黏牢固,安全性好。
