The invention provides a method and system for automatically adjusting a locking and unlocking device based on the posture of a battery changing vehicle, and the system comprises a vehicle posture sensing unit which is used for collecting data, and the collected data mainly comprise the position of a vehicle tire, the posture of the vehicle and the like; the vector model unit is used for outputting a lockhole extension line for coordinates of a vertical direction intersection point of the battery replacement mechanism; and after receiving the coordinates, the execution unit is used for controlling a locking and unlocking device of the battery replacement mechanism to adjust the position of the battery replacement mechanism according to the obtained deviation angles of the steady-state horizontal x and y directions of the vehicle. The problem that the battery pack cannot be dismounted or mounted due to the fact that the locking and unlocking device of the battery replacement mechanism cannot be aligned with the lock hole of the battery pack due to the influence of the posture of the vehicle body can be effectively avoided, the success rate of vehicle battery replacement is greatly increased, the possibility of cost reduction can be achieved for the whole battery replacement station, and the maintainability of hardware is greatly improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于换电车辆姿势自动调节加解锁装置的方法及系统,包括,车辆姿势感知单元,车辆姿势感知单元用于数据的采集,其采集数据主要包括车辆轮胎的位置、车辆的姿势等;矢量模型单元,矢量模型单元用于输出锁孔延伸线用于电池更换机构垂直方向交点的坐标;执行单元,执行单元通过接收坐标后,并用于控制电池更换机构的加解锁装置按照获取的车辆稳态水平x、y方向的偏移角进行调整其位置。本发明可以有效的避免因车身姿势影响导致电池更换机构的加解锁装置无法对准电池包的锁孔,导致无法拆卸或安装电池包的问题,大大提高了车辆换电的成功率,也可以为整个换电站实现降本的可能,大大提高了硬件的可维护性。
