The invention discloses an efficient heat management system based on a loop heat pipe. The efficient heat management system is used for a certain large-aperture optical load. The load is provided with a plurality of optical imaging channels, the position distribution is relatively dispersed, and the total power consumption is about 2800W. Wherein two infrared channels are provided with four refrigerators which provide refrigeration for the medium-long wave lens group, the long-wave lens group and the focal plane. The refrigerator works on the rail for a long time and continuously heats. The system can carry more than several times of heat source heat through waste heat power consumption of the refrigerating machine, and the effective heat transfer capacity of the loop heat pipe is remarkably improved; and meanwhile, a phase-change material is supplemented and applied to a periodic working heat source of a spacecraft, so that the driving power consumption of the evaporator can be further saved, and efficient heat dissipation of the large-aperture optical load focal plane assembly is realized.

    一种基于环路热管的高效热管理系统,用于某大口径光学载荷。该载荷多个光学成像通道,位置分布较为分散,总功耗约2800W。其中两个红外通道设计了4台制冷机,为中、长波透镜组与焦面提供制冷。制冷机在轨长期工作,且持续发热。本系统能够能以制冷机废热功耗携带数倍以上热源热量,显著提升环路热管有效传热能力;同时辅以相变材料,应用于航天器周期性工作热源上,能进一步节约蒸发器驱动功耗,实现大口径光学载荷焦面组件的高效热量排散。
