The invention discloses an asymmetric capturing device for unlocking protection of an explosive bolt. The asymmetric capturing device comprises a shell, a shearing screw, a buffer pad and a U-shaped block, a shell body of the shell is a cube, and one side face of the shell body is open; the buffer pad is mounted at the top end of the interior of the shell; the U-shaped block is installed below the buffer pad, and the opening direction of the U-shaped block is consistent with the opening direction of the side face of the shell. The U-shaped block is fixed on the inner wall of the shell through a shearing screw; the shell and the U-shaped block are both of an asymmetric structure. The energy absorption effect of the capturing device is guaranteed, the risk of separation failure caused by the fact that the explosive bolt screw rebounds and is inserted into the elastic body butt joint hole can be effectively avoided, and the problem of redundant object protection after the explosive bolt works can be solved.
